Because we believe a loan between individuals is a one-time event. You shouldn't pay a monthly subscription for a contract you only sign once.
What happens if my dossier is not signed?
The credit is only debited when you publish the dossier for signature. As long as it's in draft, you can modify or delete it without consuming a credit.
Do witnesses have to pay?
Absolutely not. Access to the platform, signature, and tracking are entirely free for witnesses and the counterparty (borrower or invited lender).
